I really love this useful and helpful unite it will measure your blood oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate, very quickly and you will have all the info you need to know how you are doing.
This is a great product to have if you have any kind of lung or heart condition , It is also good for people who like to check their reading while exercising.
I like to know my pulse rate because sometimes it just seems my heart is racing so it helps me know that without any problem. the reading are very clear and all you do is put in your finger and turn the unite on. Waite until it gets a reading for you and than remove your finger and the unite will shut off itself.
