Welcome to my review for Rooted The Hidden Places Where God Develops You Banning Liebscher.
This is a great study book for Christian growth it is way different and takes us through the difficulties faced by David and how we should be Rooted in God and his plan for our lives before Jumping into and expecting our plans to be his plans.
Sometime we want our growth as Christians to happen within our time table, we expect to be farther along or doing great things right away. This is not always where God wants you to be . You need deep Roots to do great things and sometimes we find ourselves in a place where we think we are doing nothing or going to slow .
In Rooted we learn that as Christians we are exactly where we should be in our development as God is in charge and we are not. Sometimes this can frustrate us and we can get disappointed in our how we are being developed.
I love this book it has so many wonderful teachings in it and is really a great read for anyone who is thinking about doing great things for God but wondering why they seem to be taking so long to get going. I like to read a Christian study book with my morning devotions and I found this one to be unique and well written I hope you give it a try soon .
